Adding contacts to mailchimp

1. Open contacts

Make sure all your new contacts you want to include on your mailchimp list have been placed in your newsletter folder

To do that just find the contact you want to include in the ALL CONTACTS tab then type their name and drag the name you want over the newsletter contacts to include it.

Once you are happy with all the contacts in your newsletter folder we go to Mailchimp Import

2. Open the MailChimp Import application
In the next window make sure top right tab lists your newsletter list name. It will most likely as you likely only have one mailing list.

then click on the newsletter list

Now select all the contacts in your list.
To do that, simply select one name (click once so it’s selected) and then click command-a on your keyboard. that will select them all.

Next make sure you click the check box bottom left

then finally click the EXPORT button

Now, one last click OK and you are done

Your mailchimp account contact list has been updated.
